The Best Man Holiday is probably one of the most anticipated movies within the African American community. The Best Man became almost a colt classic some 15 years ago. And now the whole cast is back together. Morris, Taye, Terrance, Nia, Monica, Sanaa, Melissa, Regina, and Harold will be back on our movie screens this Thanksgiving.
With an all star line up, Baggage Claim looks like it’s going to be sexy and funny. Can’t wait until it hits theaters. Looks like David E. Talbert got a good one here.
I know a lot of people were NOT feeling the casting for this TLC biopic, that’s being done by VH1. HOWEVER, these pictures that have been taken of these three ladies will definitely catch you off guard. Who ever did the casting, was GENIUS!
I can not wait to see these young ladies on screen playing such an iconic group.
The Best Man Holiday is set to be released on November 15, 2013. Director Malcolm D. Lee tweeted a few days ago, that Marsha Ambrosius and Anthony Hamilton was on the set of the movie, and performed a classic which is going to be in the Movie.

Hit movie Think Like A Man is slated to have a sequel. ‘Think Like A Man Too’ is supposed to be released in May of 2014. While none of the cast has yet been confirmed, producers Will Packer and Steve Harvey, on whose book the film is based, will be returning, as well as the original screenwriters Keith Merryman and David A. Newman. Last year the movie bought in $91 Million. That’s a little more than seven and a half times it’s budget. None of the cast has been confirmed yet, but it would make TOO MUCH sense to bring them all back (including Wendy Williams). They were a hit! And if they want to see another $91 Million, it should be done, right?
Finding Nemo was/is Disney Pixar’s highest grossing movies and brands. But GUESS WHAT GUYS!!!!! Monday, Ellen Degeneres announced on her show that Pixar will released Finding Dory in 2015. It will be the sequel to Finding Nemo. She also goes on to explain that it’s not coming out for another two years, because these animation films take so long to make.

According to social media, people don’t agree with FREEWAY RICKY ROSS’ choice of Nick Cannon to play him in a biopic. However we find out that Nick Cannon was not the only one considered for the leading role in the soon to be seen picture. Ross goes on to say that he talked to numerous actors about portraying his life.
“I spoke to Will Smith about the role. I had a couple meetings with Jamie Foxx about it. Larenz Tate, I was really serious about Larenz,” he said. “I spoke to Don Cheadle a couple of times about it. Columbus Short, I really, really liked Columbus Short for the role, but at the end of the day Nick’s willing to help me build the project. He’s willing to get in the trenches and roll up his sleeves and fight because I still wanna have some control….. I been watching Nick since like ’96 when I was in custody in San Diego and that was one of the times when I was at my most tuneless time with the world, because I was incarcerated and I also had a life sentence,” he said citing “Drumline” as his favorite Cannon flick. “He just reminds me of myself, just he took a different turn, he went to entertainment and I went to the streets.”
The Law & Order actor has been set to replace Lenny Kravitz in the Marvin Gaye biopic.
After the project stalled, Kravitz signed on for the lead role in the Julien Temple-directed movie in November, but Gaye’s son Marvin Gaye III voiced his objections to the project, which was said to focus on Gaye’s life in the ’80s when he battled drug abuse and depression.
The project will begin production in March, and it’s being produced by Vassal Benton and Fred Bestall.
Jesse is also set to appear in a show entitled The Secret Lives of Husbands and Wives which will appear on NBC, and he has also been in the motion picture production of Rent.

Jackie Chan has confirmed that he has joined the cast of Expendables 3.
“Sly had invited me to be in [The] Expendables 2 but I was too busy filming CZ12 and couldn’t make a commitment to the film,” said Chan at a Kuala Lumpur press conference promoting Chinese Zodiac, according to Malaysian film portal Cinema Online. “But he did extend his invitation to the third movie, which I agreed on the condition that I will be appearing as more than just a minor role with a few scenes.”
He also said that he is working on a project with Chirs Tucker, which is somewhere along the lines of their very successful Rush Hour movies.
