The New Judges On XFactor

New Judges On XFactor

It looks like all of the singing competitions are getting new judges. Shakira and Usher are leaving The Voice, Randy Jackson is leaving American Idol after 12 seasons, AND NOW The X-Factor has found it’s two new judges. Paulina Rubio and Kelly Rowland will be joining Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato as judges on the show. (Does anyone remember who was there last season?) This might be interesting. Simon Cowell released a statement:

“It’s taken more than a decade but I’m delighted to finally be on a panel with three girls (I think!). Paulina and Kelly both have great taste and massive experience in the music industry and together with Demi, this is going to be a fun panel. It just feels like the time to do something different.”

Just In Case You Missed It: Riri Goes In AGAIN!

riri goes in again 2

Everybody knows that Rihanna hold no punches when it’s time to go in. This time she decided to weigh in on JR Smith and the fact that they lost. Let’s just say, she is not a fan.

Riri Goes In Again

This was in response to a fan telling her that she was the reason that JR was sucky and shooting nothing but bricks. Why don’t people know by now that she is NOT to be taunted, because SHE WILL SNATCH YOUR LIFE!

David Bechman: Goin Out On Top

International soccer star David Beckham has announced that he will be retiring from the sport of Soccer as of the end of this season. This year, Beckham became the first ever sportsman from outside of China to be invited to become the ambassador for the sport in the country. It’s estimated that Beckham earned at least $46 million A YEAR, making him Britain’s wealthiest sportsman/athlete.

“I wouldn’t have achieved what I have done today without my family,” said Beckham in a statement. “I’m grateful for my parents’ sacrifice, which made me realize my dreams. I owe everything to Victoria and the kids, who have given me the inspiration and support to play at the highest level for such a long period. I’m thankful to PSG for giving me the opportunity to continue but I feel now is the right time to finish my career, playing at the highest level….. If you had told me as a young boy I would have played for and won trophies with my boyhood club Manchester United, proudly captained and played for my country over one hundred times and lined up for some of the biggest clubs in the world, I would have told you it was a fantasy…. I’m fortunate to have realized those dreams.”

Ladies, let’s hope we see Mr. Beckham doing a little bit more modeling now.

American Idol Got It Right!

American Idol Got It Right!

Last night for the first time in 5 seasons, a young lady won the crown of American Idol. But not just any lady, the powerhouse voice that is Candice Glover was crowned this seasons American Idol (who auditioned 2 seasons before). Last night, there were performances from Psy, JLO, and an appearance by Jennifer Hudson (who DIDN’T win American Idol, but definitely should have). Candice held her own in a performance of Inseparable with Neffy herself.

I’m pretty sure every SINGER in the country is so happy that the people of America made the RIGHT choice. Personally, I don’t think Amber should have gone home before Crree, and my top three is of course Amber, Angie and Candice. BUT the right idol was crowned.

CONGRATULATIONS!

Shakira Leaving The Voice Already?

usher shakira

Amid rumors that Christina Agulera is in talks with the producers of The Voice (along with CeeLo Green), Shakira has made it clear that this will be her last and only season on the NBC singing competition.

“It was a hard decision for me to make, because I’m really fond of the coaches, the people in production and everybody around me,” she told E! News. “And I really enjoyed The Voice, but I also have a musical career and I’m also a mother now and my poor baby’s so tired flying such long distances. He already has more miles than any pilot. So I think I have to give him a little break, and we’ll see what happens in the future…’

There are also sources that say that Usher may be a one time coach, seeing as he is supposed to start shooting a movie titled Hands of Stone featuring Robert Di Nero, in which he’ll play Sugar Ray Leonard.
