Rick Ross & Jeezy Get Into It at BET Awards Taping

Last night, Rick Ross’ entourage and Jeezy’s got onto an altercation at the taping of this years BET Hip Hop Awards. ATL police were called. There were rumors of gun shots being fired but according to the police report, this was not the case. DJ Drama left the taping to host his radio show, and spoke on the ‘altercation’:

Some words got exchanged. There were some ‘What’s ups’. Security got hostile. [There was] some interesting conflict between Ross and Jeezy and it just went bad backstage. I’m assuming that there is no way BET thought that these guys were gonna run into each other. Definitely not.  All parties walked away unscathed that’s for sure. One party went one way, one party went the other. All this stuff about shots getting fired. I can’t confirm any of that. I left.

BET Network released a statement this morning:

Tonight during a taping of the BET Hip Hop Awards 2012 (not the BET Awards which went down without incident two months ago) an altercation between two rap entourages broke out backstage. Atlanta police and BET security quickly defused the altercation.

According to the Associated Press, police spokesman Carlos Campos said officers responded to the scuffle at around 7:30 p.m. EST Campos says there were no shots fired.

More drama unfolded as two men were involved in a fistfight in the parking lot of the venue.

BET Networks works very hard to bring the best in entertainment to the city of Atlanta. For the past 7 years BET has celebrated the true art form of Hip Hop. Due to some misjudgment of select attendees, it is unfortunate that certain incidents took place. BET Networks does not condone any type of violence. Local authorities are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.”

Despite the actions of a few the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards embodied the true spirit of hip hop and was not impacted at all by any incidents. Tune in on Tuesday, October 9, 8P/7C to watch the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards.

To further add fuel to the fire, Ms. Lewis, single working mother who has recently fallen upon hard times, is in fact due several thousand dollars in child support from the Wu-Tang member. Rihanna is back in the States, she has just touch down in NYC….looking lovelier than ever. Rhi rocking a short do and once again she’s back to black. After shutting  iTunes down with her new single “Diamonds” it has sparkled it’s little way to number 1 on iTunes in over 15 countries….Rhi took to twitter to say“Im floored and humbled! Thanks to everybody y’all are the greatest.”

Rihanna connects with her fans on a higher plane, twitter-sphere has definitely done her some good. Glad that Rhi made it back safe from London. I know Rihanna Daily and Navy kept her up to date on the latest fresh out of the pen rumors of Nicole my favorite PussyCat Doll and Chris Breezy’s too close for comfort encounter at a nightclub just days ago, and I know Rhi will be damned to have another chic closing in on her territory after running scared lil Ms.Coochie out of town, with bodyguards in tow.

Amber & Wiz on the Cover of XXL

Look at this here!!! Amber better be Mama Rosebud!!

Amber On Giving Birth:
I’m so ready. I’m going all-natural. I’ve decided that I’m going to have an all-natural water birth. No medicine. I want those bragging rights! The next time Wiz has a stomachache or anything, I’ll say, ‘I popped out a baby all-natural.’

Amber On Wiz:
[H]e’s just a genuine sweet guy. And that’s what made me fall in love with him. And I just said, “You know what, I don’t care if he’s a rapper.” I don’t care if people say, “Oh, you’re a gold-digger.” I don’t care if people say, “Oh, you went from one rapper to another,” or whatever. I love him. I don’t look at him as a rapper. I look at him as Cameron Thomaz, not even Wiz Khalifa. I just fell so deeply in love with him, I didn’t care what anyone says.”

Wiz On Getting Together With Amber:
I love my baby. She’s gorgeous and it makes me look even cooler when I show how much I love her to other people… When I met Amber, she loved me for who I was. I had some money, but it was like to pay my bills and literally set myself up for a future. But I was wearing the same camo shorts and high-tops and Chucks. But she liked my swag and she liked me for who I was and I wasn’t afraid of that… She didn’t wanna date any entertainers or anybody in the business. She didn’t know who she wanted to be with, but she knew who she didn’t wanna be with.

Wiz On Recording His New Album With Amber At Home:

I just gotta do it. The most important thing is knowing that she is there and I have to tend to my babies. This is my first child ever in life. I gotta go hard at everything. As hard as I go in the studio, I gotta go just as hard taking care of my baby and making sure she’s alright, and I’m spending time with her and she doesn’t feel neglected.
